The POLY Line of kitchen knives is a more economical version of our best quality knives, Poly Line knives are made with dishwasher-safe, black polypropylene nylon waterproof handles and partial tang blades, meaning that the steel reaches about halfway through the handle. The blades are of the same superior, high-carbon stainless steel material as the Forged knives and with a hardness of 54-56 Rockwell C to maintain a keen cutting edge at all times.

The Poly-handled knives can be sanitized for use in food processing facilities or packing plants and make a make a great starting out set for chefs or those looking for a more practical-economical Grohmann knife selection.
